LeciOIL™ Hy50 – Liquid Hydrolyzed Soy Lecithin (High LPC Content)
LeciOIL™ Hy50 is a strongly enzymatically hydrolyzed soy lecithin liquid with a high lysophospholipid (LPC) content, developed for applications requiring efficient emulsification, improved dispersibility, and enhanced interfacial activity. Through controlled enzymatic hydrolysis, a substantial fraction of native phospholipids is converted into lysophospholipid species (such as LPC, LPE, LPA and LPI). This compositional shift leads to a reduced molecular weight distribution, increased hydrophilicity, and significantly improved surface activity compared with conventional soy lecithin.
