What is Soy Lecithin Powder (LeciPOW™Hy95)?

LeciPOW™Hy95 is a hydroxylated modified soy lecithin powder produced through a controlled chemical hydroxylation process. This modification significantly improves hydrophilicity, emulsifying performance, dispersibility, and processing stability compared with standard lecithin products.

Compared with conventional soy lecithin, it provides:
