Hydrolyzed Soy Lecithin Liquid-LeciOIL™Hy50-is designed to meet the higher requirements of the oil-in-water function. Hydrolyzed soy lecithin liquid obtained by enzymatic modification of crude soy lecithin oil. In order to obtain phospholipids that are easier to dissolve in water and increase its emulsifying function.The enzyme effective to hydrolyze the phospholipid and the triglyceride. It enable soy lecithin has higher hydrophilic properties and excellent solubility in water.
