LeciPOW™ 97P is Soy lecithin powder (E322) derived from GMO-free crude soy lecithin liquid which is obtained from soybean oil extraction. LeciPOW™ 97P serves as a natural emulsifying agent, enabling fat and water to remain combined in food and nutritional applications that require a high phospholipid content. LeciPOW™ 97P is a light yellow fine powder with a slight taste and contains a minimum of 97% phospholipids. LeciPOWP easily absorbs moisture, easily disperses, and swells in water; it is insoluble in acetone, soluble in ether and n-hexane, and partially soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and isopropyl alcohol.
