LeciPOW™ 97P is Standard deoiled Soy Lecithin source from non-GMO soy beans. It is prepared by extracting from crude soy lecithin oil (non-GMO). LeciPOW™97P is ldeal for food and nutritional applications requiring dry and high content of lecithin powder. LeciPOW™ 97P contain high Phospholipids about 97% (acetone insouble). This product has no any modification and the "Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance (HLB)" value: aprrox 7. it can be dispersed in water to form an emulsion and soluble in triglycerides, fat and oil.
