Non-GMO Soy Lecithin Powder food grade is made from non-GMO crude soy lecithin liquid through extraction, isolation, bleaching, and drying steps (production flow chart). It is suitable for use as food emulsifier, wetting agent, stabilizer, (it improves the wetting properties of powder used in drinks and helps disperse easily hydrophilic and lipophilic components), release agent, antioxidant, and dispersant. LeciPOW™ 97P contains  Phospholipids 97 %, Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance (HLB) value: 7. It is a Light Yellow cream powder that is soluble in triglycerides/fats/oils and dispersible in water.
