LeciPOW™95P is deoiled Soy Lecithin Fine Powder (GMO) made from crude soy lecithin oil. The feature of the product is the color of brown yellow without bleaching during the production. It is suitable for GM acceptable food and nutritional applications requiring dry lecithin powder. LeciPOW™ 95P contain high Phospholipids about 95% (acetone insouble). This product has no any modification and the "Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance (HLB)" value: aprrox 7. it can be dispersed in water to form an emulsion and soluble in triglycerides/fats/oils.
Deoiled soy lecithin is a complex mixture containing about 95% phospholipids together with triglycerides and smaller amounts of other substances. The major phospholipids include phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), and inositol-containing phosphatides (PI).

Application of Soy Lecithin Powder (GMO)
Soy Lecithin Powder (GMO), widely used in processed food, its main function is: natural emulsifier, which can efficiently mix oil and water to form emulsion. Mold release agent to prevent sticking of baked goods and processing containers. Antioxidant, soy lecithin can reduce product oxidation and prolong food shelf life.
