Soy Lecithin Oil Feed Grade
Lecithin liquid for Animal Feed applications
LeciOIL™60F is used in aquatic animal feed to emulsify the feed. Its hydrophilicity and dispersibility can quickly emulsify the oil and accelerate the emulsification and absorption of the oil in the feed. LeciOIL™60F has an antioxidant effect and can delay the shelf life of the finished feed. LeciOIL™600 contains 60% acetone insoluble matter (lecithin) and 40% soybean oil, which can provide energy and choline chloride synthesis materials.

Application in aquatic feed
- Fish Feed
Lecithin has the effect of inhibiting fatty liver syndrome. Those slow-growing fish and spawning fish are prone to fatty liver syndrome, which stunts the growth of fish, reduces feed utilization, and causes kidney and intestinal bleeding and fatty liver. The peak period of the syndrome is in the colder seasons, when enzyme activity is reduced. The physiological cause of fatty liver syndrome is mainly phospholipid deficiency, and phospholipids are very necessary for fat metabolism. In addition to synthesizing phospholipids in the liver, fish can transfer these fats outside the liver by forming lipoproteins. Lipoproteins are complexes of phospholipids, cholesterol, triglycerides and apolipoproteins. They can be offset by feeding fat diets in the form of phospholipids. Fish diseases can be prevented and fish that have been damaged by fatty liver lesions can be quickly restored to health. This shows that phospholipids can improve the composition of fish body fat and also promote the improvement of the quality of aquatic products. - Crustacean Feed
It is of great significance to the phospholipid metabolism of crustaceans. Young crustaceans cannot synthesize enough phospholipids for growth and metabolism, so they need a higher amount of phospholipids. If there is a lack of phospholipids in the feed, it will inevitably cause phospholipid metabolism in crustaceans, thus seriously affecting their growth and survival; on the contrary, if phospholipids are added to the feed, it will significantly promote their growth and survival.
