Chemical hydroxylation of Soy Lecithin Liquid
LeciOIL™602 is a liquid soy lecithin modified by chemical hydroxylation. The modified soy lecithin oil has good lubrication performance in clean water, fresh water-based slurry and water-based drilling fluid systems. The drilling fluid lubricant with modified soybean lecithin can be adsorbed on the metal surface, and the wear marks formed are smooth and flat, the wear spots are small, and the lubrication performance is excellent, which effectively avoids a large amount of wear on the metal surface.

Applications
Soy lecithin liquid is used in oil drilling mud primarily as an emulsifier, helping to stabilize oil-water mixtures. It enhances fluid viscosity, reduces friction, and improves the overall performance of the drilling fluid, ultimately contributing to better hole cleaning and wellbore stability.
